Strengthening the effectiveness of social dialogue projects in Europe

Haltern am See / DE

The aim of this project is to explore ways in which impact orientation can be incorporated even more strongly into EZA projects and what possible points of reference can be found for this. As the EZA programme is organised on a subsidiary and decentralised basis, ways and strategies must be developed accordingly and lead to a realistic picture. Therefore, such considerations must start with educational planning, take implementation into account and offer evaluation mechanisms.

The project will lay the theoretical foundations for impact orientation and monitoring and teach various practical approaches and areas of application.

The preparation, implementation and follow-up of EZA projects will be analysed in terms of opportunities and obstacles with regard to impact orientation and monitoring and appropriate, realistic ways will be found and corresponding tools developed. It will be important to realistically take into account both the funding framework of EZA projects and the time available to the organisations that jointly implement EZA projects.

Overall, the project should contain both illustrative and interactive ("hands-on") elements that incorporate the participants' existing skills.
