This project aims to continue the series of kick-off seminars that have been held once a year since 2001.
The project is intended to provide an opportunity to take an in-depth look at one specific current topic of social dialogue and the priorities of European employment and social policy (taking into account the European Pillar of Social Rights and the political guidelines of the European Commission) and thus provide the representatives of the EZA member centres present with suggestions for improving the quality of the seminar content.
The representatives of the member centres will deal in detail with the main topic, which will be fleshed out in the course of the educational year based on current political initiatives of the European Commission; this also includes the role of workers' organisations in the implementation of the strategies of the European institutions. The aim is for those project organisers who are organising seminars and/or workshops on the same and similar topics in 2026 to exchange ideas in order to achieve synergy effects in terms of content.
