Against the background of the growing trend towards precarious employment in Europe, this project aims to study strategies that workers’ organizations can use to achieve high-quality and sustainability employment, with a particular focus on the working conditions in the health and long-term care sector, which have been poor for years but have now entered the realm of public awareness due to the coronavirus pandemic.
