The main focus is on imparting knowledge and skills for leaders of workers' organisations by using interactive methods, as well as developing, shaping and promoting ethical, value-based attitudes among young leaders in workers' organisations
At the same time, the communication of the European idea and its added value in shaping the world of work on the workers' side should run transversally through all three parts.
The course consists of three parts, each covering separate subject areas. Nevertheless, the aim is for all participants to complete all three parts so that stable networking and mutual support can develop within the learning group in addition to building up knowledge.
The target group is young and potential leaders from trade unions and other workers' organisations.
