Evaluation meeting
This training course ends the “Young Leaders” course cycle, which started in 2019. Its objective is to provide managers in workers’ organizations with skills such as leadership styles and strategies, leadership in organizations with full-time and volunteer staff, motivation and mobilisation, public relations as well as negotiation skills. Learning contents that will be repeated in all courses include the management of value-based organizations, the communication of values, management in workers’ organizations with European networks and management ethics.
