Labour legislation is very inconsistent within the European Union, also with regard to the regulation of trade unions and social dialogue. The only exceptions to this are those regulations that exist on the cross-border mobility of workers. This seminar will provide knowledge on how social dialogue is regulated in at least ten European countries and present changes from recent years (both positive and negative). The aim is to strengthen the social dialogue and the networking of trade unions in order to jointly initiate projects to improve labour legislation in the EU.
