This project focuses on the integration of the Western Balkans into the European Union, highlighting the role of social dialogue as a key tool for worker representation and economic and social cohesion. The seminar aims to strengthen social dialogue, a key driver of decent work and balanced relationships between workers and employers.
Additionally, the seminar will tackle important labour topics such as vocational education and training (VET) for young people, fair pay, and equality. These issues are crucial for improving working conditions and fostering sustainable economic development in the region.
Participants will benefit from expert presentations, thematic discussions, and a roundtable to share experiences and best practices. This platform will enable representatives of workers’ organizations to exchange ideas and discuss strategies to support EU integration, promote social dialogue. By focusing on these priorities, the seminar supports European integration while addressing key challenges in the Western Balkans.
