The project aims to explore and discuss how trade unions and other workers’ organisations, through social dialogue, can ensure that the transition to a clean industry is just and social. It aims to educate participants about best practices and to develop an action plan to concretely shape the social aspect of the transition to a clean industry as well as to raise awareness at the political level about the necessity of social conditions facing that the debate is dominated by lobbying from large corporations and multinationals. The project aims to find a solution to how competitiveness can coexist with social sustainability and high-quality jobs, emphasising the importance of social conditions.
