Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are the most widespread health problem in the European Union. With an ageing workforce in the EU, it is important for companies to develop prevention policies and reduce MSDs. This is particularly true for economic sectors such as the financial sector, where the vast majority of employees work in offices and have sedentary jobs. The aim of this seminar is to explore, through examples of good practice, the contribution that trade unions can make to quality prevention policies in companies.
