Seventy-five percent of existing buildings will have to be renovated to reach climate neutrality by 2050. Workers’ organizations in the construction sector must emphasise the importance of the social dialogue in implementing the Green Deal, and they must ensure that all workers in this industry are entitled to fair wages, appropriate working conditions and further training, as well as adequate social protection. This seminar aims to develop strategies for these issues.
