The project is about the interconnected challenges of growing youth unemployment and ageing workforce. Issues like intergenerational knowledge transfer on job and different ways of communication of younger and older workers will be treated as well as different conceptions and attitudes towards work and work-live-balance between age groups at work. Also general issues like demographic change and its consequences in financial burdens and on the labour market will be reflected.
