Attendance event
This seminar has the focus on the public services. It wants to highlight the challenges and effects of digital transformation in this sector and wants to look at the effects of digitization on the workers themselves and possible negative effects on them. And it wants to define how to maintain and achieve high quality public services after respectively during the ongoing process of digitization. In this context the organizers would like to look beyond the aims of cost saving and increasing efficiency.
