The seminar is based on the thesis that the coronavirus pandemic has accelerated the digitisation of the labour market. On the one hand, it wants to analyse the fields in which workers are exposed to special risks, e.g. reconciliation of private and professional life, job insecurity in connection with the platform economy, and on the other hand, in which special challenges for the labour market are emerging, e.g. the connection between digitisation and climate change.
