The aims of the seminar are to
- identify the areas where digitalisation can make the greatest contribution to the economic value added (EVA) and the wellbeing of workers,
- identify the skills that workers will need for a successful digital transformation,
- analyse the legal framework of European countries for a successful transition to digitalisation,
- provide practical advice for the technological transformation of companies towards more digitalisation,
- analyse the impact of the dangers of digital transformation for workers, particularly from a psychosocial aspect.
