On 2 December 2022, the Movimento Cristiano Lavoratori (MCL) proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary. Luc Van den Brande and Sigrid Schraml were in Milan for an EFAL seminar to congratulate and thank them for the many years of cooperation. In all the years of its membership, EZA member MCL-EFAL has demonstrated its commitment through numerous educational seminars on social dialogue and furthermore in the special project for workers' organisations in the Western Balkans. EFAL dealt with topics such as 'labour integration of migrants and refugees', 'social cohesion in the Mediterranean', 'combating youth unemployment' and 'equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market and workplace'.
EZA expresses its gratitude for the fruitful cooperation in the past and looks forward to future joint projects with great motivation and joy.
