Since September 1st, Sergio De la Parra supports EZA's team in Brussels as a policy advisor.
" I am very happy to join the EZA team and to be able to support their work from Brussels. Europe and social justice have been the red thread of my career, from the university benches, as a researcher and finally as a trade union representative. These topics are also at the heart of the work of EZA and its members across Europe," he says. "Having been involved in collective bargaining myself, I know how important it is to have a fair social dialogue with well informed partners who are able to talk to each other as equals. I am looking forward to working with the EZA member organizations and helping them to achieve this goal," concludes Sergio.
