Project and financial management training - course 2

Belgrade / RS

The project aims to sustainably improve the quality of educational work for multipliers in workers’ organisations. The focus is on the central phases of educational projects: Planning, implementation and follow-up. Particular emphasis is placed on a holistic approach that integrates content, financial and organisational aspects.

Participants should learn how to precisely define the financial framework for projects, adapt content to specific needs and describe these in a structured manner. At the same time, they are trained to take organisational possibilities and requirements into account. With regard to funding from the European Commission, the correct application of the amended financial guidelines is particularly emphasised.

Another focus of the project is the development of target group-orientated educational content. This includes the selection of relevant topics, the definition of clear objectives and the planning and concretisation of the content of the measures. In addition, the consideration of multilingualism in European educational events will be addressed in order to do justice to the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of the participants.

These units will be accompanied by presentations and the opportunity to clarify open questions. Exercise elements will be used to consolidate the knowledge acquired. Participants will have the opportunity to incorporate their own projects that are currently being prepared and best practices and experiences from completed projects will be incorporated.
