Networks and platforms

It is a well-established EZA tradition that member centres and partner organisations with the same or similar focuses in terms of content or region work closely together. EZA gives very special encouragement to this ongoing, in-depth collaboration that extends beyond the seminars. In recent years, for instance, various networks and platforms have been created, some of them as separate legal entities, set up by EZA, supported by EZA and looked after by member centres.

There are four networks/platforms at the moment:

Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen FensterIPEO (International Platform for Equal Opportunities), whose aim is to promote equal opportunities for men and women and the compatibility of family and work.

Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen FensterIPCM (International Platform for Cooperation and Migration), which co-ordinates the international work of the organisations involved in the area of co-operation and migration.

Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen FensterPED (Platform for Education), which promotes exchange between teachers’ trade unions and the articulation of their needs in politics.

Öffnet internen Link im aktuellen FensterPYW (European Platform for Young Workers), which promotes exchange between young workers and the articulation of their needs in politics.
